By downloading, installing or using QR Scanner Pro ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

QR Scanner Pro is provided for personal and commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Scan QR codes or barcodes for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the App
• Violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation

3. Intellectual Property

QR Scanner Pro and all related content, features and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be shown. The App uses the revenue generated by advertising to support continued development and maintenance.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

QR Scanner Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no warranty about the accuracy of QR code or barcode scanning results. Always verify important information through official sources.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Third-Party Links

The App may open URLs or content from third-party websites when you scan QR codes. We have no control over the content of those websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices.

8. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
