QR Scanner Pro requires camera permission to scan codes. Go to your device Settings → Apps → QR Scanner Pro → Permissions → Camera and make sure Camera permission is enabled. Then restart the app.

The flashlight button is only shown on devices that have a physical flash unit. If your device does not have a flash or the camera does not support torch mode, the button will be hidden automatically.

Try the following steps:

• Ensure the code is well-lit. Use the flashlight button in dark environments.
• Hold the device steady and ensure the entire code is within the scan frame.
• Clean your camera lens if it is smudged.
• Try moving slightly closer or further from the code.

Go to the History tab and tap the Export CSV button at the bottom right. A short ad will play, after which your complete scan history will be exported as a CSV file that you can open in any spreadsheet application.

To delete individual scans, swipe left on any scan item in the History tab. To clear all history at once, tap the Clear All button at the bottom right of the History tab.

QR Scanner Pro can generate QR codes for 9 different types of content:

• URL / Website
• Contact card (vCard)
• WiFi network credentials
• Plain text
• Email with subject and body
• Phone number
• SMS message
• GPS coordinates
• App Store link

Yes. All scanning and QR code generation features work completely offline. An internet connection is only required to load advertisements.

On Android 10 and above, scanning a WiFi QR code will automatically prompt you to join the network. On Android 9 and below, the app will show you the network name and password in a dialog so you can connect manually.

Batch Scan mode lets you scan multiple codes in one session without interruption. Tap Batch: OFF in the scanner to enable it. All scanned codes are collected and you can review them all at once by tapping View Batch Results.
