This Privacy Policy explains how TicTacToe: Classic Board Game ("we", "our", or "the app"), developed by Trident Inc, handles information when you use our Android application.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what data is collected, how it is used, and what choices you have.

        The app itself does not collect any
        personally identifiable information.
        No account registration or login is
        ever required to play.
      

📱 2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device using Android SharedPreferences and is never transmitted to any server or third party:

Game scores (wins, draws, losses)
Selected visual theme preference
Sound on / off preference
AI difficulty preference
Language preference

All of this data is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app.

📷 3. Camera Access (AR Mode)

The app includes an optional Augmented Reality (AR) Board Mode powered by Google ARCore. When you use AR mode the app requests access to your device camera.

Camera access is used solely to render the AR game board on real surfaces
No camera images or video are recorded, stored or transmitted
Camera permission is only requested when you tap "Play in Augmented Reality"
AR mode is entirely optional — the app works fully without it

        Camera data never leaves your
        device. It is processed in real
        time by ARCore on-device only and
        is never uploaded or shared.
      

📢 4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

This app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalised or non-personalised ads depending on your consent choices.

Data AdMob may collect includes:

Advertising ID — a resettable device identifier
Approximate location — derived from IP address for regional ad targeting
App interaction data — for ad performance analytics
Device information — for ad compatibility

        Kingdom, we display a GDPR consent
        form before showing any ads. You
        can change your consent at any time
        via "Ad Privacy Settings" inside
        the app.

🔒 5. Data Security

All data transmitted between the app and third-party services including Google AdMob is encrypted using HTTPS / TLS. Local data stored on your device is protected by Android's built-in application sandboxing.

👶 6. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our advertising is configured with tagForChildDirectedTreatment set to false.

🗑 7. Data Deletion

You can delete all data associated with this app in two ways:

Uninstall the app — permanently removes all locally stored data immediately
Reset Advertising ID — go to device Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID to remove AdMob's identifier
